Refund & Replacement Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Manufacturing Defects (7-Day Replacement)
We stand by our quality. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., open seams, broken zippers, fabric tears), we offer a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To claim a replacement, please email us with photos of the defect and your order ID.
2. Sizing Issues
NO returns or exchanges are accepted for sizing issues.
As a factory-direct brand, we operate on low margins to give you the best price. We strongly recommend checking our detailed Size Chart before purchasing.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 30 days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
5. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
